Carlos Cuellar says working every day with Aston Villa striker Emile Heskey has made him a better defender.
Cuellar believes one of the reasons for his fine form is coming up against Heskey at Bodymoor Heath throughout the week.
He told Villa's website: "I have to mark Emile quite a lot in training - let me tell you, it's not easy. It's tough.
"He is very strong, very quick and very clever.
"It's difficult but it's great for me because I am training against one of the best strikers in England.
"It's brilliant and my game improves as a result. He is just a really, really class striker."
