Carlos Cuellar (23rd of August 1981, Madrid) has been 8 entire seasons playing in Great Britain and when he arrived on 2007 he went to Glasgow to sign for the Rangers, an exotic destination they said... perhaps as exotic as the new diet I've been following since last December. "I'm a Vegan ". Also in this he was one of the first Spaniards to put the diet into practice. This is the diet of the new superman that has convinced two ex teammates of the team he just left, Norwich, with which he got promoted to the Premier League. "First in the lockers people looked at me in a strange way and they told me I was going to be weaker without proteins.. when they saw that in the gym I gained strength, some of them started getting interested and started forgetting about milk derivatives, red meat and they saw a benefit. This summer, two of them have started this diet as well ".
