Carlos Cuéllar, in press conference before the Club´s media spoke on the eve of the important match against Huesca at home (kick off, Sunday 17pm). A few journalists, covering Almería´s news, picked some of his words. The team has drawn the last six matches, is a difficult situation to deal with in a changing room, althoug with a large group it is easier: "We are all rowing in the same direction. Every player on the squad suffers from what happens on the pitch . We all fight to get out of the relegation zone".
"The goals we conceded are avoidable, but we are in an upward trend. We do not win but neither we lose, and I think that's good", said Cuéllar, who delves into the analysis: " We have taken a step forward when we have the ball. When we amend those mistakes we will win games".
The Madrid born centre back, believes that optimism is quite important: "You have to see the glass half full, but we need to win. We are dropping so many points and we can not complain just add up. Once we achieve that, we will make good all these ties".
Carlos also took the opportunity to send a message to all Almería fans: "Our fans are the best and I would encourage them to continue to support us. If they want to boo the team, do it at halftime or after the game. We all rowing in the same direction".
