Almería lost to Lugo (0-2) at home in a match in which they lacked capacity of reaction after watching themselves behind the score. Carlos Cuéllar played again after receiving the green light from doctors but he wasn't a starter. On the second half, with the score against, Gorosito prefered to use attacking players in the bench.
UD had a couple of chances on the first half. After the break José Juan avoided the 1-0 in a chance by Chuli. Minutes later Iriome's goal changed the panorama. Lugo decided to step back and defend and were even able to score the 0-2 on extra time. This score lets Carlos and teammates needing to redeem themselves next weekend against Alavés in Vitoria.
