Almería took a huge step towards salvation after beating Mirandés at home (2-1). The victory leaves Carlos Cuéllar and his colleagues in 17th place with 47 points and with just one game left; one point ahead Mallorca, in the relegation zone. It is the second victory in three games since Soriano took charge of the bench.
Uche, with a goal in the opening minutes, eased the win, but the 'burgalés' team levelled the game after the break and came close to taking the lead. In the final stretch, a free kick taken by Pozo found Morcillo´s head, who scored the definitive 2-1.
