Carlos Cuéllar has started the preseason with his new club. The Madrid-born centre-back is been already on duty with Beitar Jerusalem, team with which he will play his third season in the Israeli football (after playing for Maccabi Petah Tikva and Kiryat Shmona).

Carlos, who will be in Hungary for part of the preparation, is very excited about this challenge. One more in his long career. Beitar must still sign some players before closing the squad.

Beitar, the most popular team in Israel, will fight next year to win the League - a title they have won six times - and the Cups. Last season they finished third in the League and were finalist in the State Cup. In addition, this summer the club will play the Europa League preview. The return to international competitions is another incentive for Cuéllar.
